Definition of Success

“Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm,” quoted Winston Churchill.
In this current era, there are different ways to define success, where 67% of the population once said it might be from achieving personal goals, another 66% believed it comes from healthy relationships between companions and family, and another 60% mentioned that it comes from being passionate about doing the things you love. It may be unanticipated when results show that one out of five people mentioned how success is based on wealth.
There have been several instances of social media informing people about celebrities who grew up wealthy and self-made, meaning that they had to carve their path to becoming the successful people they currently are. Self-made artists who now may be considered millionaires or billionaires did not grow up in the wealthiest state or perhaps in an environment that was not the best at all.
Take, for example, Nicki Minaj, who grew up in a troublesome family under the influence of her drug-addicted father. She hoped to live life for the better, so by the age of twelve years old, she attempted acting at New York City’s Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts. Eventually, she became a backup singer for a plentiful number of rap songs until she was noticed by a local record label and eventually by the famous rapper Lil Wayne himself. People across the world considered her to be a self-made artist who was passionate about getting into a better life.
However, the definition of success varies from person to person; it can never be fixed. Success does not come from birth, but rather as a result and a gift from diligence and sacrifice. The world will notice a successful person by their actions, and barely by the history they simply gained and did not make on their own.
